Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Monica Renee, I value your time and mine. To provide the best experience for all guests, please review the following policies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service total.

No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice (“no call, no show”), you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to shorten your service to accommodate the next guest or cancel the appointment entirely. In such cases, the same cancellation fee may apply.

Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize Monica Renee to charge your saved payment method for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late fees in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion
